Yes. Both sides of the bed get independent temperature control. Each side has its own 4 zones that can be controlled separately via the app, so your wife can set her preferred temperatures while you set yours, all from the same bed.
Remster has an embedded sensor woven into the cover itself, no wearable needed. It continuously detects micro-movements, heart rate, and breathing patterns for each sleeper independently. The Left and Right zones are tracked separately, so you and your partner each get their own sleep report every morning.
It's how your body naturally cools down to fall asleep. Blood vessels near your skin,mainly in your hands and feet,widen and release core heat, dropping your internal temperature. Warming your feet accelerates this. It's why a warm bath or warm socks before bed can help you fall asleep faster. The one thing to be mindful of: make sure they don't scratch or chew the cover, as physical damage could create a water leak in the cooling system.
Yes, every Remster comes with a 2-year warranty included. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. It does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your pre-order of the Remster sleep temperature regulation system ("Product") from Remster, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Remster", "we", "us"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms.
A pre-order is a reservation, not a completed purchase. You are paying a fully refundable deposit of $199 USD to secure your place in the first production batch. The total price is $2,899 USD - your $199 deposit counts toward this, so the remaining balance due at ship is $2,700 USD. You are under no obligation to pay the balance; cancellations and full refunds are available at any time prior to shipment.
We are targeting a ship date of Q1 2027. This is an estimate. Hardware development, supply chain conditions, and logistics may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any material change to the timeline. A delay does not entitle Remster to retain your deposit; your $199 remains refundable regardless.
Pre-order deposits are processed securely via Razorpay. Remster is the merchant of record. The $199 charge will appear on your statement in USD. The balance invoice will be issued separately closer to the ship date.
Remster is a 4-zone smart bed cover with active cooling and heating on each side of the bed, an embedded biosensor for sleep tracking (heart rate, breathing, movement), and automatic schedule synchronization. Final product specifications, including exact temperature range and app features, may be refined before shipment. Any material change to core functionality will be communicated with the option to cancel.
As a pre-order customer, you are permanently exempted from any mandatory subscription fee required to use the Remster system, including sleep tracking and climate control features. This exemption is tied to your pre-order account and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remster's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid us (i.e., the $199 deposit). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Your $199 pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. No questions asked, no penalty, no time limit.
Email sumukha@remster.in with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Once your unit has shipped, the pre-order deposit is no longer refundable as a standalone cancellation. However, if you receive a defective or damaged unit, our standard return and replacement process applies; contact us and we will make it right.
After delivery, Remster comes with a 30-night sleep trial. If Remster doesn't improve your sleep, return it for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping). Trial details will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
