They're completely safe, no need to worry. Remster's sensor is calibrated to human biosignals, so it won't pick up bio-data from pets or young children. The one thing to be mindful of: make sure they don't scratch or chew the cover, as physical damage could create a water leak in the cooling system.
Yes, every Remster comes with a 2-year warranty included. It covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. It does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your pre-order of the Remster sleep temperature regulation system ("Product") from Remster Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Remster", "we", "us"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms.
A pre-order is a reservation, not a completed purchase. You are paying a fully refundable deposit of $99 USD to secure your place in the first production batch. The total price is $1,700 USD - your $99 deposit counts toward this, so the remaining balance due at ship is $1,601 USD. You are under no obligation to pay the balance; cancellations and full refunds are available at any time prior to shipment.
We are targeting a ship date of July 2026. This is an estimate. Hardware development, supply chain conditions, and logistics may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any material change to the timeline. A delay does not entitle Remster to retain your deposit; your $99 remains refundable regardless.
Pre-order deposits are processed securely via Razorpay. Remster Innovations Private Limited is the merchant of record. The $99 charge will appear on your statement in USD. The balance invoice will be issued separately closer to the ship date.
Remster is a dual-zone smart mattress cover with active cooling and heating, an embedded biosensor for sleep tracking (heart rate, breathing, movement), and an aromatherapy module. Final product specifications, including exact temperature range and app features, may be refined before shipment. Any material change to core functionality will be communicated with the option to cancel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Your $99 pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. No questions asked, no penalty, no time limit.
Email sumukha@remster.in with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Once your unit has shipped, the pre-order deposit is no longer refundable as a standalone cancellation. However, if you receive a defective or damaged unit, our standard return and replacement process applies; contact us and we will make it right.
After delivery, Remster comes with a 30-night sleep trial. If Remster doesn't improve your sleep, return it for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping). Trial details will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
